Welcome to NOWOA.org
Welcome to our new website! We're very proud to introduce you to a new step in better serving
the officials, athletic directors and administrators of schools throughout Northeast Ohio.
We will be working hard over the coming months to continue to add new content to the site. Please be
patient and check back often for new information.
Since 1978, NOWOA has been the premier organization offering highly trained officials throughout
Northeastern Ohio for the sport of wrestling. This site will provide timely information on the
interpretation and administration of scholastic wrestling rules as published by the Ohio High
School Athletic Association (OHSAA) and the National Federation of State High School Associations
(NFHS); Furthermore it will serve as the principal source for association-related business on
behalf of all NOWOA members.
Members are encouraged to offer Mike Rovtar or
Scott Morgan with their ideas and/or comments in order to
keep this site meaningful as well as informative.
In closing, the officers of the NOWOA wish all its members and Cleveland area teams a successful
2007-08 season.
